Kristen Teel

Kristen brings a unique perspective to real estate. Having worked in the Boulder and Boulder County real estate market for the past 18 years in multiple capacities; ultimately running a 42 Realtor real estate brokerage as Director of Operations and working alongside the Managing Broker in the management of the sales team. She has overseen all aspects of hundreds of real estate transactions and has been responsible for Live West Realty’s property and company marketing, implementing new, cutting-edge client marketing, commission compliance and transaction management. All of these skills have given her the knowledge and tools to make her clients’ home sales, home search, contract negotiations and overall experience a success.

Fast forward to 2018, Kristen combined her years of operations management, Real Estate experience and marketing background to co-found Live West Realty with her longtime business partner and Managing Broker, Rich Dana. Since then, Rich and Kristen have grown the Live West brand, elevating it from a small firm to a team of 42 vetted Brokers that have successfully generated $2.5B in real estate sales.

She has lived in Colorado for many years, graduating from Ft. Lewis College in Durango and then moving to Boulder County where she has lived and worked since raising a family in the local community.
